GREYTOWN NOTES.

{From Our Own Correspondent.)

The Native Land Court again resumed its sittings on Thursday morning, and it expected that it will last for some time. Large quantities of sheep have been sent away during the last fortnight from this district, owing, no doubt, to the continued dry weather and scarcity of feed. The quantity of milk supplied to the local cheese factory is decreasing daily, and if the dry weather keeps up it will necessitate the closing of the factory much earlier than on previous seasons.
