CREAM FOR DUSTY ROADS.
A Practical Experiment.
We (Elthani Argus) mentioned some lime ago the capsizing of a milk waggon and the spilling of a quantity of cream. The cream was spilled in a place where the dust is laying inches thick but noi a particle of the dust tbere has shifted since the cream was spilled, although the •weather has been very hot and dry. Wo are not going to suggest that cream be used for lying the dust on our roads, but we wish to point out the efficacy of grease as a dust layer, and we can understand now the success of the American style of sprinkling oil on the the roads to overcome the dust nuisance.
