Brisoo's estate, situated at Awahuri. The property consists of 650 acres of the most fertile land in the Manawatu, and has been subdivided into twelve lots. The price of dairying land in the Manawatu, as compared with other parts, is verytWsonable, and those who have taken up lan/jp in that locality of recent years, can now dispose of their holdings at a consider' able advance. Quite a number of old Wairarapa farmers are amongst those who have made homes there, and they speak brightly of the locality.
