BOXING IN WELLINGTON.
«, (By Telegraph—Press Association). Wellington, This Day. The competitions for the first boxing ohampionships held in Wellington, under the auspices of the New Zealand Boxing Association, concluded to-night. The final round of the various events resulted: —Bantam weights, H. J. Reynolds beat W. Leary; feather weight, E. Hill beat W. Crawford; light weight, J. Sullivan beat N. Rosenberg; middle weight, N. Rosenberg (who was defeated in the light weight event) beat R. N. Rice; heavy weight, H. Taylor beat T. Taylor.
