THE LATE MR JOSEPH ROY.

The funeral of the late Mr Joseph Roy, who died at the Masterton Hospital, took place yesterday afternoon. The deceased was a recent arrival from Home, and succumbed to a heart ailment, to which ho was prone. It was not known that he had any relatfvos in? tho Colony, and it seemed aa if he would , bo buried as a stranger. Eobert Wood, Presbyterian Minister, and among the cortege wore the Worshipful Master of the Mastorton Masonic Lodge, together with a number of the brethren.
