The Canterbury Trades and Labour Council passed a motion approving of tho proposals of the Premier to tako up tho retail distribution of frozen meat in the United Kingdom, provided the Colony receives a fair sharo of the profit. The Progressive Liberal Association have resolved that if the distribution is undertaken, a share of tho profits should be secured to the colonial revenue
