An interesting ethnological discovery has been made at Bateman's Bay, of the site of a pre-historic camp, which yielded a large collection of polished stone axes and other warlike stone implements.
A fine series of rock drawings has also been discovered, which it is thought were connected with the sacred cereof the ancient blacks.
