(Recewed To-day, at 9.5 a.m.) London, March 4. # Howard Vincent has introduced a providing for tho exclusion and export of criminal aliens.
The proposal by Mr Arnold Foster, Secretary to the Admiralty, to transfer certain coaling stations from the War Office to the Admiralty has been abandoned. 'Bight Hon. C. T. Ritchie, Home Secretary, has promised an inquiry in reference to the Unemployed Conference's request for the appointment of a Jfinjster 'of Gqrqmerce and Industry.
