AUCTIONEERS' MEMORANDA.
Tho N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., add several lines to their cattle sale list.
Messrs Abraham and Williams, auctioneers, have received instructions from Mr James Walker, of Mangaonc Valley, to sell absolutely without reserve, the whole of his farm stock and equipments. Amongst the lines to be snbmittcd are 33 cows and heifers, to calve during this month and September, liustic and milk carts, a cream separator, breeding sows etc., are also catalogued. The whole of the household furniture will bo disposed of under the hammer. The sale is to be hold on Monday next, starting at 12 noon sharp.
Lowes and lorns, Ltd., will offer at their Auction Mart Yard on Saturday next, at 2 p.m., the trotting carriage stallion " New York," by Emerson. New York stands nearly 17 hands, has plenty of good bone and really good action. Ho is at present in charge of the owners, Messrs Eorsyth and Jary, at the Prinoo of Wales stables.
Mr W. Shaw, of Queen-street, is clearing an immense stock of general lines, such as clothing, boots, watches, etc., at Goodall's Mart next Saturday.
