AH that area in the Wellington Land District bounded towards the north-east generally by the right bank of the Waipoua river from the north-western boundary-line of the Borough of Masterton, as described in the N.A. Gazelle No. GO, 12th Julj, 1877, to the south-eastern boundary-line of the eastern portion of Akura Block; thence towards the south-east generally by the south-eastern boundary-line of tlio said Akura Block, the south-eastern and eastern boundarylines of Bishop's Reserve, aud the eastern and south-eastern boundary-lines of the Ngaumutawa Block to tho Waipokaka Stream; thence by that stream to Section No. 31, Masterton Small-farm Block; thence by the south-eastern and southern boundarylines of tho said Section No. ill and tho southern boundary-lino of that section produced to the middle of Railway Road; thence by a line along the middle of the said Railway Road to Kurupuni Stream; thenco again towards tho north-cast generally by the left bank of Kurupuni Stream to the south-eastern side of Columbaßoad; thence towards the north-west by the said Colombo. Road to the Waipoua River; thence again towards the north-east by the Waipoua River to.its confluence with theßuamahanga River; and thence by the said Ruamabanga River to the northernmost corner of the Pokohiwi Block ; thonce again towards the south-east, towards the south-west, and again towards the north-west by the southeastern, south-western and north-western boundary-lines of the Borough of Masterton aforesaid to the place of commencement.
