Information has reached the Press Association of the reprehensible action on the part of the Sydney health authorities, unless the N.Z. Government was first consulted. It appears that one of the Ninevah's passengers, quarantined for smallpox, was placed aboard the Moaua at the Heads, outward bound, three days before the Henlth Officer considled it snfe to graut pratique to in quarantine. The man in quostiou booked through to America.
