Ueien Millovozc, a Republican j Nationalist Deputy for the Seine, with two other Deputies, made a demonstration in the streets of Paris, and attempted to lead a crowd to ' Colonel Picqnarl's prison, but the ( police prevented tho attempt and dispersed the mob, amidst cheering for General Zurlintlen (Military Governor of tho City) ami the army. M, Paschal Gronsset, a Socialist Deputy for the Seine, in tho Chamber of Deputies accused tho general stall' of tho army with indiscretions. This provoked an uproar, in which several Socialist Deputies were assaulted. M. de Freycinct, Minister for War, rebuked M. Grousset for his intolerable insinuations. The matter ended by the order of the day being adopted by a large majority. ( Received December, li, 9.20 a.m.) Pauls, December 13. Estcrhnzy has offered to give ovidenco in connection with tho Dreyfus case, on condition Unit hois granted a safe conduct. Ho states that he wishes to defend the honour of his own children and Colonel Henry.
