THE MINNIE DEAN CASE.
By Telegraph—Pips Association. - Wkuixutox, Saturday. The motion for leave to appeal in' the case Regina v. Minnie Dean was argued to-day, all fivo Judges being present. Dr. Findjey, in opening his case, stated that he was unable to support his caso on the first ground of the notice of motiqn. He could qqt contend that the eyideijce na to the infant Hornsby had been improperly admitted, He would contend, however, that the ovidonco as to tho other infants, and tho finding of a skeleton at "The Larches," had been improperly admitted. Argument is proceeding. Later, IntheMinnio Dean case, Court' decided to hear counsel in reply at 10,30 on Monday morning.
