FRANCE'S EASTERN WAR.
The Blockade, Special concessions to Biitish Vessels, Londov, 31 July. The Daily New's Bangkok correspondent wires that it is reported thatCreatßritain refused to recognise that blockade of Siamese ports, and warned France that sho Would be rcsponeibla if tho blockade were enfotced against Ufiiish vessels. He also states that France thereupon agreed to exempt British ships, permitting several to anchor outside tho bar, and enter the river on Sunday. The blookade still continues, but tho British gunboats persistently remain inside its limits. French troops have captured Kosichang, and, expelling the Siamese, boardod and Bcuttled ft native steamer.
