One of tho clauses limits their introduction to five years, The water supply in tho country districts is in serious consideration, Melbourne, October 16. The Bill for the better administration of justice provides that the judiciary be divided into two classes—viz, the Supreme Court of Judges to do appellate and criminal work only, and the ordinary puisne Judges to perform ordinary civil work, and, if necessary, to assist in criminal trials. The County Conrt system is nominally to bo abolished, and the County Court Judges become new puisne Judges
