Mr Bunny for the prosecution. Fined £lO and lis 2d costs. G, M, Gardner v J, H, Grattan.— Judgment summons, £24. Mr Beard for plaintiff, Mr Sandilands for defendant.
After hearing the defendant's statement as to his receipts since judgement was obtained, jie wag ordered tp pay £3 per month till the debt was paifl, E. L. Wakelin v J. Armstrong.—A claim of £l3 for tines inflicted for nonfulfilment of agreement, Mr Beard for plaintiff and Mr Sandilands for defendant.
After some discussion between the Bench and the Bar, it was decided to allow the case to stand adjourned, pending the decision of an appeal case which is now in the Supreme Court between the same parties,' and bearing on a similar case.
This concluded the business, and the Court adjourned.
