The Company will take a transfer of ho business, goodwill, agencies, goods on consignment, lease of premises, with a purchasing clause, at a low valuation, &0,, paying for the same tho sum of five thousand pounds (£5,000), in the following manner—namely,- £2OOO by fully paid up shares in the Company, and tlie balance by instalments at short dates, as may be arranged, and as the capital of the Company is called up, The stock-in-trade, merchandise in store, and any other assets belonging to the present business may be taken at a valuation or not, as the directors may elect. 3. Ths qualification for each Director is 50 shares, and the Company will be registered when 10,000 shares are subscribed, 9.
