Alexander Findlay'was charged bv Sergt M'Ardle (1) with being drunk and disorderly in the .public streets on the 29th January; (3) with assaulting the; police in the execution of their duty:;'.(3) with wilfully destroying the uniform "of Sergt. M'Ardle.
