NOTICE TO ALL REGISTERED NURSES AND MIDWIVES. i jjNDER Section 23 of the Nurses and Midwives Registration Act, 1925, it is necessary that all persons who desire their names to be published in the Gazette as nurses or as midwives shall forward to the of the Registration Board a request that their names so appear together with their addresses and other particulars Failure to forward such a request may result in the assumption that the person concerned is no longer on the Register. All nurses and midwives are there fore advised to apply forthwith to the offices of the Department of Health at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin or the undersigned for the necessary forms on which such application for gazetting may be made.
