CALL TO COMMUNISTS
TO OVERTHROW ITALIAN GOVERNMENT. FASCIST CLEAN-UP CAUSES A STIR. (Per Press Association— Cotyriglht). Rome, February 5. The “Communist International” has published a violent manifesto calling on the world workers to rise against the Fascismo Government, which has ordered the arrest of ten Communist leaders and the seizure of the Communist funds. The sums seized were considerable, 250,000 francs being found in the formef Parliamentary House.
