At . t conclusion of a five hours’ conference, the representatives of the forty-seven unions involved in the engineering dispute announced that they had decided to submit the employers' proposals to a ballot. The papers will go out during the weekend, as-i are returnable by the second of June. Memebres are reeomnimended to give th matter their very serious consideration.
