ARCADIA PICTURES.
WILLIAM FARNUM HERE IN SPANISH ROMANCE.
William Farnum will be seen in a delightful role at the Arcadia Theatre, beginnnig to-morrow, when William Fox will present the famous is admirably suited to him, and is Lloyd Sheldon. The popular artist will be seen in a character which star in the “Adventurer,” by E. said to show him at all times at his best. He is a happy duelling adventurer. His wonderful swordsmanship is one of the features of this strongly dramatic story. Farnum is a type of actor who has what is known as personality plus. He has more than a pleasing screen presence, and it is in these romantic roles that h e is always at his best. “The Adventurer” is a delightful story, and the man voted to be the best lover on the screen is given ample opportunity to display his art.
A fine cast has been selected. A newcomer to this city is the leading woman, Estelle Taylor, who brings to the part of Maritana, a gipsy dancer, the flush and the charm oi youth. Paul Cazaneuve, Harry Southard, Dorothy Drake and Kenneth Casey are other well-known artists who will support Mr Farnum in this excellent romance, which has been directed by J. Gordon Edwards.
