RESTAURANTS CLOSED. SYDNEY SHOPKEEPERS FINED. (Per Press Association —Copyright.) Sydney, this day. As the result of the clean city campaign a number of Chinese restaurants have been closed as insanitary. Considerable batches of shopkeepers and others have been fined for various breaches of the sanitary regulations.
