Per Press Asociation —Copyright. Obituary.—-John Blundell, of the Wellington Evening Post proprietary. He was born in Dublin in 1841. PRINCE OKUMA. TOKTO, yesterady Prince Okuma has finally died. For several days, the coma was so intense that it was impossible to determine with certainty whether he lived or had died. . (Prince Shigenobu Okuma, ex-Prime Minister of Japan, helped to found the new governing regime of Japan offices. He became Premier in 1914, was created a marquis in 1916, resigned hik Premiership in October 1916. and was raised to the dignity of a Prince ir December 1918.
