HAIG’S WAR NOTES. (Per Press Association —Copyright). LONDON, August 12. Eabl Haig has handed over to the British Museum his personal war notes, documents of tho most immense national liistoric interest. He has instructed that they are not to bo opened until 1940.
Earl Haig has consistently declined to write a war book, despite flattering offers.
