(Received after edition goes topress) Manchester Unity (28) beat American Order of Oddfellows (26) in a round of theinter-lodge card tournament in Valk’s rooms There was a very successful opening of the Makikihi Miniature Rifle Club on Wednesday night, Mr J. Bitchener, M.P., being the princpal speaker and he congratulated the Club on its formation, and wished it prosperity.
