DIVIDED POLITICALLY.

FINAL CRISIS ARRIVES. Per Press Association —Coryright. LONDON, Aug. 7. Mr Lloyd George is the true friend of France, and the true guardian of British interests in opposing French madness in offering Germany the same dangerous reason.
