There was nothing in the Albert Hall speech likely to cause sedition. Defendant felt he had nothing to Withdraw or apologise for. Malone Was sentenced to six months in the second division. Notice of appeal was given. Col. Malone was also bound over to lie of good behaviour for a year, in his own recognisance of £2OOO and two sureties of £lOOO each.
