Stdnky, July 11. Fourteen recorered plague patients have been discharged.

Dr Bakewell, who was in charge of the contacts, wrote that he found no eridence that Kelly died of plague, and added that the quarantining had absolutely proved that, if the case was one of plague, the disease is not infectious in this climate, and of the 81 persona who were in contact with Kelly, not one had contracted the disease.
