It was shown that deceased fell while running down a jig, and hurl himself, an ulcer bursting, and subsequently he died from |>eritonitis resulting from injury to the stomach. No one saw him fall, and the information was given by Hurden before he died. The Coroner returned a verdict in accordance with the medical testimony that death was due to peritonitis, caused by the bursting of an ulcer resulting from a fall.
