Jamcg Fletcher, manager of the Taupiri Coal Mines, Huntly, was arrested by Detective-Sergeant Cooney, at Huntly to-day, on a charge of manslaughter in connection with the recent disaster at the mine. Acussod was brought before the, Huntly Court and remanded to the 27th., bail being allowed in' self of £lqO and two sureties for an equal amount.
