Ho visited a friend last night and .left for Ins hotel at 10 o’clock. There was no trace of him and this morning his body .was found in in the .Waikaia river, several miles below the township. McMillen was in good circumstances and the affair is surrounded by mystery as the .river is some distance away from the hotel.
