The case of ludor v. Indor came up at the Magistrate’s Court this afternoon, when a further adjournment was agreed to. In consenting to an adjournment, Mr. Kettle, S?M,, suggested that Mr. Denuiston (appearing for ■Win. Francis Indor) should write to his client’s solicitor as follows:

“ The case before the Magistrate has been again adjourned to next Tuesday.
