New Zealand wag not represented. Mi . Campbell, in an interview, denied that ho stated in Australia that Imperial tariff union would certainly bo brought before the Commission. The Morning Post hints that there is a marked difference of opinion among the mombore as to whether the terms of reference should authorise thj Commission to deal with preferential tariffs between tho dominions.
