ROSS MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12th
(Before Mr. Wyvern, Wilson, S.M.) Henry Do Bakker (Mr. Beare) v. Harold Gardiner (Mr. Crawford) claim for £ls for value and damages for wrongful destruction of a dog. After the evidence of plaintiff and one witness was heard the case was adjourned by the Court to the 26th of Juno; at 11 a.m., Mr Beare and Mr. Crawford consenting.
