WESTLAND OPERA HOUSE. fridayT Words cannot accurately express the magnitude of the programme to be produced by the Mascot Biograph Picture Company on Friday night. “His Guardian Angel,” “Sisters Love,” “Ihe'Turnstile,” “Romance of AA all Street,” are the world’s latest and greatest photo-play successes. They are not merely sensational and absorbing, they are the greatest masterpieces of this enlightened ago. They hold j'ou in a grip of gasping bewilderment and carry you into a world of phantom-like surroundings. These are no idle words, they are astonishing facts. Children under the guardianship of their parents will bo admitted free to this great entertainment.
POLLARD’S PICTURES. The Princess Theatre was well filled last evening when Mr. Pollard screened an excellent variety of pictures. Two films that call for special mention are “Sports in Singapore’ l - and “Arson'at Sea,” but the whole programme was a varied and attractive one and well up to the Pollard standard.
