MELBOURNE, June 13.

The Federal Labour caucus discussed tho programme for the coming session. Tho proposals include the Maternity Allowance Bill, which will provide a grant of £5 to every child hereafter born and registered in Australia.

The Rt. Hon. Andrew Fisher claims this will protect many toiling mothers and assist in preserving child life. It was decided that the Navigation Bill should be passed this coining session without fail.

The question cf whether tho proposed amendments to the .constitution will again he submitted to the people at next election is not finally decided.
