Cabinet has decided to increase the accommodation for learners at Rnakura Experimental Farm. The erection of now Post Office buildings at Reef ton and Roxborough has been authorised.

A tender accepted for the supply of transformed in connection wiCi Iho Lake Coleridge electric power scheme.

The appointment of Mr John Anderson as Inspecting Working Engineer lor Mental Hospitals, and ordinary hospitals has been approved. Mr W. McLcnnon .has been rc-ap-pointed member of the Wellington Land Board.

Tho appointment of Dr J. McNaughton Christies as New Zealand representative at the 1 International Congress on Gynaecology and obstetrics in Berlin in September next, has been approved.

Major Stuckey has been appointed officer in command of the cadet contingent to visit Canada.

The tender of the Dnnedin Engineering Company has been accepted for the supply af pipe lino in connection with ihc Lake Coleridge power scheme. The tender of an English firm has been accepted for the supply of a travelling crane in connection with the Lake Coleridge electric "power scheme.
