Organised labour in Groat Britain is concentrating its efforts to-secure an eight-hour day for all, trades. The Parliamentary Committee of the Trades Union Congress is directing the movement, which is supported by a general federation of the unions in tin- Labour Party, representing more than tv.o million workers.
