THE BELLE GROVE COMPANY.

■ This Company made its second appearance at the Princess Theatre last evening to a crowded attendance; in fact, numbers had to be turned away, as there was not sufficient seating accommodation. This in itself forms an indication of the quality of the entertainment provided by the talented members of this very popular combination. Each and every member of the company is a star artist, and introduces a turn that is a treat in itself. Should one wish for a good musical selection, the Cronies are capable of satisfying him to perfection, while to those who enjoy a clever acrobatic turn or a bit of mystifying juggling and marvellous balancing feats, the company will afford the greatest satisfaction. Lovers of songs, whether classical, humorous, or sentimental, are well catered for by the various members of this organisation, which for its all round ability and versatility would compare most favourably with the best combination seen hero for a long time. Quo and all were greatly pleased last night with the splendid programme submitted, and encores regularly greeted the performers efforts from start to finish. The vocalists and instrumentalists, acquitted themselves with great success, and the selections on the violin, mandolin, piano and hand and sleigh bells were most popular items.

TO-NIGHT. Tho Company give their final performance to-night when a complete change of programme will be submitted, every item being absolutely now to the Hokitika public. All who have not yet seen and heard them should avail themselves of this, the last opportunity they will have of spending a most delightful evening with the popular Belle Crome Company, who. are now making their farewell tour of New Zealand.
