REDUCED DUTIES FAVOURED. WASHINGTON, April, 20.—Hie Ways and Means Committee of the United States Lower House has fav-' curably reported on the Fanners Free List Bill, which recommends far reaching reductions in the tariffs on commodities which fanners require. The Canadian reciprocal agreement is hailed by the Committee as beneficial in the general interest. NEW YORE, April, 20.—The United States House of Representatives has ' resumed the reciprocity debate, and the discussion on the Mexican situation has been adjourned.
