BLENHEIM, March 22. Yesterday afternoon a cold southvain fell and to-day the back ranges are covered with a liberal coating of -snow. The weather is fine but wintry. NELSON, March 22. A mild blizzard was experienced yesterday afternoon, an icy south-easterly wind springing up suddenly and bringing up a sleety rain ami cold night. The weather is now brilliantly fine but cold.
