SPECIAL ORDER MAKING BYLAWS. is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Ross Borough Council held on the 9th day of February, 1910, it was resolved that the Ross Borough Council, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, doth hereby make By-laws by Special Order for the following purposes : —■ Defining licensing and controlling vehicles, hawkers and pedlars, billiard rooms, buildings, and enclosures for public meetings, assembly rooms, public performances and amusements. A SPECIAL MEETING- will be held on Wednosday, the 23rd day of March, 1910, at 8 p.m. at the Coronation Hall, ROSS, when the resolution will be submitted for confirmation.
