HOLIDAY NOTICES.

POST OFFICE,

On Good Friday, the 25th March, the Post Office will observe a close holiday. All mails usually despatched on that day will close at 8 p.m. on the 24th.

On Easter Monday the Post Office will be open in all branches except money order and savings bank from 9 to 10 a.m. There will be no delivery by letter carriers and all mails for that day will close at 8 a.m. On the evenings of the 24th and 26th a delivery of correspondence will be made over the counter from 7 to 8 p.m. TELEGRAPH OFFICE. On Good Friday, the 25th March, the Telegraph Office will observe Sunday hours, viz., 9.30 to 10 a.m., and 5 to 5.30 p.m., and on Easter Monday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and 7 p.m. to midnight. TELEPHONE EXCHANGE. On Good Friday the telephone exchange will be open from 9 to 10 a.m. and 5 to 6 p.m., and on Easter Monday as usual.
