From Roads Department, asking for guarantee in respect to payment of moiety towards f eremakau traffio bridge. — Guarantee given and letter received.

From Agricultural Department, forwarding slaughter house licenses. — Received.

From Valuer General, notifying reduction in valuation of pait endowment reserve No 145, Kanieri.— Received;

From Public Works Department asking when County office would ba vacated and stating that the Lands Department was looking into the matter of a new sice for the County office. — Received.

From Chief Surveyor (1) reporting favourably on progress of Kokatahi tn Doughboy roal — Received. (2) Intimating that no part of the Koiterangi track vote could be utilised for the payraenc of land taken. — Received.

From Minister of Marine, stating the plane for improving Okarito harbour wire now beir.g pn pared — -Keceived.
