St Petersbubg, J*n 80 Many facforiea in Moscow have discarded the ten hours day, which was the ou'eome of the recent labour movement, and have rcadopted the 11 hours' day THe workers declare that if the rea^option becomes general a fresh upheaval will occur this spring. Two hundred revolutionaries are being at present exiled to Eastern Siberia. Portion of tbe town of Homel was burned and shops plundered on Friday nigbt.
