SOUTH AFRICAN SERVICE.
Wellington, Oct 23 The Post learns that the Devon of the Federal line has been chartered by the New Zealand South African Steamship .Company, and will reach Wellington before the end of next month. Her loading ports will be Gisborne, Wellicgt< n, Lyttelton and Dunedtn. She will leave early in December for Freeman tie, | Port Elizabeth, Durban and Capetown
