TELEGRAPH WIRES INTERRUPTED

A good deal of inconvenience has been caused by breaks in tbe telegraph, wires and the linemen have had a rough time out in the snow making repairs. It will be about a week" before the repairing is completed. Communication with; Napier was interrupted after 11 on Wednesday night but eventually the staff with some djtficolty . repaired the breaks and the operators were able to obtain the purport of cables and. messages for the Times from Napier by telepapue tbougb ill attempts by aid of telegraphy faiUed. To-day the wire was working well.
