Ottawa, Aug 14.
Judge Caron of Quebec declined to make an order for the extradition of Gay nor and Greene contractors. Accused were charged with defrauding the United States Government of nearly a million sterling in connection with harbor improvements at Savannah. The judge discharged them from custody.
