(Before D. Macfarlane, Esq., S.M.) Masciorini v. Martini, an affiliation case. A private settlement was made, and this was sanctioned by the Court. J. Brown v. J. Fitzgibbon, an action to recover the value of a bicycle, £13. Mr Murdoch for plaintiff and Mr Beare for defendant. After hearing the evidence of a number of witnesses judgment was given for plaintiff for the amount claimed with costs, £3 8>
